Freeze-dried sour cherry

There are two main categories of sour cherries, often referred to as Morello and Amarelle. Within these categories, there are numerous specific varieties cultivated around the world. While some sources cite "more than 300 varieties", others indicate that around 1,200 varieties of cherries exist worldwide. These varieties differ in size, shape, colour, flavour, and sweetness. Over the years, we have gained valuable experience and deep expertise in identifying the most suitable varieties for freeze-drying, taking into account both product quality and specific customer requirements.

Packaging

Our freeze-dried sour cherry products are packed in moisture-proof packaging that provides a strong barrier against humidity. It is then placed in carton boxes to prevent breakage of the fragile material. Depending on the particle size, each box weighs between 7 and 12 kg.

100 % freeze-dried sour cherries are allergen-free, GMO-free, vegan-friendly. No gluten, no preservatives, no added sugar.

The final products of freeze-dried sour cherries retain theircolour, shape, flavour, and nutritional value of the raw material. Shelf life of the freeze-dried sour cherry products is 18 months from the production date in the original unopened packaging.
