There are over 200 varieties of raspberries cultivated worldwide. These varieties differ in size, shape, colour, flavour, and sweetness. Over the years, we have gained valuable experience and deep expertise in identifying the most suitable varieties for freeze-drying, taking into account both product quality and specific customer requirements.

Packaging
Our freeze-dried raspberries are packed in moisture-proof packaging that provides a strong barrier against humidity. It is then placed in carton boxes to prevent breakage of the fragile material. Depending on the particle size, each box weighs between 7 and 12 kg. Raspberry powders are packed separately in boxes weighing 15 to 20 kg.

The final products of freeze-dried raspberries retain their colour, shape, flavour, and nutritional value of the raw material. Shelf life of the freeze-dried raspberries is 18 months from the production date in the original unopened packaging.
