Production process starts with selection of high-quality passion fruit RAW materials. Followed by freeze-dried processing which lock fresh and original flavour of the fruit and brings fresh sweet and sour taste. Our blocks are produced from 100% IQF processed as powder without additional additives or carries and is free from conglomerate.

Packaging
Our freeze-dried products are packed in moisture-proof packaging that provides a strong barrier against humidity.

Shelf life of the freeze-dried product is 18 months from the production date in the original unopened packaging.
