There are about 60 species of kiwifruit. These varieties differ in size, shape, colour, flavour, and sweetness. Over the years, we have gained valuable experience and deep expertise in identifying the most suitable varieties for freeze-drying, taking into account both product quality and specific customer requirements.

Packaging

Our freeze-dried kiwis are packed in moisture-proof packaging that provides a strong barrier against humidity. It is then placed in carton boxes to prevent breakage of the fragile material. Depending on the particle size, each box weighs between 7 and 12 kg.

100 % freeze-dried kiwis are allergen-free, GMO-free, vegan-friendly. No gluten, no preservatives, no added sugar.

The final products of freeze-dried kiwi retain their colour, shape, flavour, and nutritional value of the raw material. Shelf life of the freeze-dried raspberries is 18 months from the production date in the original unopened packaging.
